Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
In short: JunkNuke is provided as-is, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it, under any circumstances.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using JunkNuke, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the application.
What JunkNuke does
JunkNuke connects to mailboxes you authorize (via OAuth2 sign-in or an app password) and, based on rules you configure, moves matching mail to your provider's junk folder or another folder of your choice. You control which domains count as spam, which senders are exempt, and where matching mail is routed.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect mailboxes you own or are otherwise authorized to access.
- Use JunkNuke in compliance with your email provider's own terms of service.
- Don't use JunkNuke for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with the mailboxes of others.
- Keep your account credentials confidential - you're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
No warranty
JunkNuke is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied - including, without limitation, any warranty that it will correctly identify spam, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. You use it entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JunkNuke and the people who maintain it will not be held liable for any claim, damage, or other liability - whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise - arising from, out of, or in connection with the application or your use of it, no matter what. This includes, without limitation, any mail incorrectly moved, deleted, or missed; any loss of data or access; and any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of JunkNuke at any time. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page - continued use of JunkNuke after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You may stop using JunkNuke and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the application, for any user, at our discretion.
